Our Services

Six areas of institutional practice.

We do not deliver generic programmes. Every engagement is tailored to the operational context, strategic priorities, and workforce realities of the client.

How We Work

A structured, end-to-end impact model.

We do not deliver training events. We deliver lasting institutional change — measured on the ground, not in the training room.

01

Needs assessment

A diagnostic with HR and line managers tailors every element to the client's actual gaps before delivery begins.

02

Practical delivery

Scenario-based sessions built around the client's real operational context — followed by documented commitment capture.

03

30 & 90-day review

Formal follow-up assesses measurable change in performance, then an executive report goes to leadership.

Why EPLI

The difference between training and transformation.

Organisations that perform consistently over time are not the ones with the most talented individuals. They are the ones with the strongest systems. That is what we build.

  • Led personally by the founder
  • Systems, not events
  • Measurable change
  • End-to-end labour support

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions, answered

Who does EPLI work with?+
Public institutions, regulatory authorities, corporations, NGOs, SMEs, oil and gas companies, fintech firms, healthcare facilities and transport organisations — across Ghana and in eleven countries beyond, including the UK and USA.
Do you deliver generic, off-the-shelf training?+
No. Every programme is built around the client's specific operational context, with pre-training needs assessment, scenario-based delivery, and 30 and 90-day follow-up to ensure learning translates into lasting workplace change.
Can EPLI represent us at the National Labour Commission?+
Yes. Representation at the National Labour Commission of Ghana is led by Prosper Dzitse, who holds a Certificate in Labour Law and Application. For matters requiring formal legal expertise, EPLI works alongside a dedicated retained legal counsel and legal team — so you do not need to engage a separate legal firm.
How do you measure the impact of an engagement?+
Through documented commitment capture after delivery, 30 and 90-day reviews with supervisors and participants, and a formal executive report to leadership with findings, impact data and recommendations.
How do we get started?+
Every engagement starts with a conversation. Tell us what you are dealing with and we will tell you how we can help. Call +233 25 608 8891 or email info@excellopli.com.
